Playstation in Concert at Royal Albert Hall

In a world exclusive event the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will perform tracks from PlayStation games live at the Royal Albert Hall. The tracklist has yet to be announced but games that are to be included are: Shadow of the Colossus, The Last Guardian, Uncharted and Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture.

I'm no Sony fanboy but do appreciate music in all it's forms so it is wonderful to see video game music get the due recognition it deserves, and as such I am patronising this event so that more may occur in the future. The event is on Wednesday 30th May 2018 and tickets start from a very reasonable £20.

Playstation Experience: A Night Under No Man's Sky

There are a few games that I am particularly looking forward to this year and one of them is No Man's Sky, a procedurally generating space exploration sim, has me particularly excited.

PlayStation Experience attendees were treated to an exclusive No Man's Sky concert, featuring visuals from the upcoming PS4 space odyssey and music from indie band 65daysofstatic. I have a WiiU but haven't decided whether to get a PS4 or XBone yet, this may just sway me into the Sony camp! Have a look at the concert below and enjoy!

Playstation Over The Years

I recently saw this short film and it perfectly encapsulates gaming over the years for me, not just in terms of Sony but also Nintendo and Microsoft. As well as showing the passing of fashion and music trends it also offers a meta-critique on the London housing market and the difficulty of getting on the property ladder. Have a look and tell me what you think!
