I'm a huge comic nerd and over the last few years I've loved seeing a younger and more varied readership entering the fold. There are many reasons for this but I think the new line of comics aimed at a younger audience and the popular films have revived some interest in long gestating characters. Squirrel Girl is one of these characters and having read all of the graphic novels on the Marvel Now line I can say that she is an awesome character.
