The Electricity unit for Science is always exciting for the pupils but when it came to making a product to show their understanding of circuits and conductors and insulators we decided to make nightlights. The project was part of a sequence of Science lessons and the nightlights themselves took a whole morning, the complexities arose when trying to ensure that the circuit was working and wouldn't come loose once fixed into place, however as you can see below the results have been marvellous! The nightlights were used in the school corridor for all to see and the step by step process of their creation was shown.
