The Super Mario Bros. had an anime produced in 1986. Titled ‘The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach’ the animation has never been subbed, dubbed or available in the West. However, a collective of very committed fans calling themselves the FemboyFilms group have restored the old print into 4K quality. It’s definitely a relic of its time but well produced.
